Fitness Should Make
Life Easier.
If getting back into exercise feels harder than it used to, the answer may not be to train harder. It may be to rebuild the basic movement qualities that everything else depends on.
You Feel Stiffer
Ankles, hips, and everyday movement can gradually lose usable range when they are not trained consistently.
Balance Feels Different
Balance is a skill. Like strength, it responds to regular, progressive practice.
Workouts Start Too Far Ahead
GROUNDUP 28 starts with control, positioning, and movement quality before asking you to chase intensity.
Build It In The
Right Order.
Most programs start by asking how much you can lift. GROUNDUP 28 starts by asking whether your body can create, control, and use movement well.
Ground
Reconnect with your feet, toes, arches, and the three points that create a stable base.
Mobility
Develop useful movement through your ankles, hips, and upper body.
Balance
Practice controlling your body in stable and progressively more challenging positions.
Strength
Build fundamental squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and single-leg patterns.
Integration
Combine the pieces into walking, stepping, carrying, bending, and practical whole-body movement.
Four Weeks.
One Clear Progression.
Every week has a purpose, so you are not simply repeating random workouts for 28 days.
Reconnect
Feet, ankles, mobility, movement awareness, and foundational strength patterns.
Control
Balance, stability, controlled strength, and slightly greater movement demands.
Strengthen
Increase practical full-body strength while maintaining movement quality.
Integrate
Bring the pieces together into more complete real-world movement patterns.

Complete 28-Day Program
A clearly organized plan with daily objectives, exercise prescriptions, and coaching notes.
Detailed Exercise Library

GROUNDUP 28
FAQ
Do I need to be barefoot?
No. Barefoot work is optional. The program includes foot-strength concepts, but use the footwear and level of support appropriate for you and your environment.
Do I need a gym?
No. A sturdy chair, wall or counter, resistance band, and optional light weights are enough for most of the program.
How long are the workouts?
Most structured sessions are designed to fit into roughly 20–30 minutes, with walking, mobility, and recovery days built into the progression.
What if an exercise is too difficult?
Use the easier version until you can perform it comfortably and with good control. Harder is not automatically better.
Is this a weight-loss program?
GROUNDUP 28 is primarily a movement and functional-strength program. It is not a rapid-weight-loss system and does not promise a specific change in body weight.
What happens after Day 28?
Day 28 establishes a foundation, not an endpoint. Repeat selected work, continue progressing the movements, or move into a longer-term strength program.
Stronger Feet.
Better Balance.
More Capable Movement.
You do not need to become an athlete in 28 days. You need a repeatable way to start moving, practicing strength, and building control again.
